How is your jewelry made?

Each piece is designed by me in Sharjah, drawing on my family’s tradition as a third-generation jeweler. The designs are then handcrafted in small batches by skilled artisans in Bali using traditional lost-wax casting techniques.

What materials do you use?

Our pieces are handcrafted from solid 925 sterling silver. Gold vermeil pieces use a thick 2.5 micron layer of 18k gold over sterling silver.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We offer free worldwide express shipping on all orders. U.S. orders are shipped with duties and taxes included.

How long will my order take to arrive?

In-stock pieces ship within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes around 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Made-to-order and preorder pieces may take longer, and their estimated timeframe will be noted on the product page.

What is your return policy?

If your piece isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just make sure it’s returned in its original, unworn condition, and we’ll be happy to help you through the process.
