Gemstone

Introducing our bold and chunky Abyss ring, featuring a natural semi-precious gemstone set in a solid oxidized 925 sterling silver band for a rugged and timeless appearance. This is a piece that feels ancient, as if it carries a story from the past.

STONES:

Peridot: The birthstone for August and is unique among gemstones as it comes in only one color: green! Interestingly, peridot has even been found at meteorite impact sites, which means this beautiful stone actually exists in space!

Topaz: A popular November birthstone. Ancient civilizations long believed that topaz held powerful magical and healing properties. The Ancient Greeks thought it could increase strength, while others believed it had the power to grant invisibility. In medieval Europe it was even thought to ward off spells and anger, whilst in India people believed wearing topaz above your heart would ensure a long and healthy life filled with beauty.

Red Garnet: the January birthstone! In ancient times, red garnets were believed to light up the night and were used by travelers as protective talismans. Let this red garnet signet ring guide you as you tread your own path.

Smoky Quartz: is a popular stone in Eastern cultures as it is believed to hold spiritual and healing properties. It is often used in meditation and other mindfulness practices in order to promote balance, clarity and grounding. The stone is revered for anxiety relief and reducing emotional stress.

Citrine: In ancient times, citrine was known as “the merchant’s stone” or “the money stone,” believed to bring prosperity and wealth to anyone who wore it. Today, it is celebrated as the November birthstone and revered as the stone of abundance, known to inspire clarity, joy, and positive energy.

The form and structure of the Abyss design was inspired by the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche:

“Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you.”

Ring Size Guide

The most reliable way to find your ring size is to swing by a local jeweler and have them measure your finger properly. But if that’s not an option — no worries. Here’s a simple way to figure it out from home.

Before You Measure

Decide which finger you want to wear your ring on. Remember — your dominant hand usually runs a little larger than your non-dominant one.

Also, make sure your hands are at a comfortable room temperature. Cold makes fingers shrink, while heat makes them swell. We’re looking for that everyday, honest size.

How to Measure

1. Cut a thin strip of paper or grab a piece of string.

2. Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger — tight, but not cutting off circulation.

3. Mark the spot where the ends meet.

4. Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters.

5. Use our Ring Size Chart below to match your measurement to a US ring size.

Inside Diameter (mm) Finger Circumference (mm)   Ring Size (US)
15.8 49.3 5
16.5 51.9 6
16.9 53.1 6.5
17.4 54.5 7
17.8 55.7 7.5
18.2 57.1 8
18.5 58.2 8.5
18.9 59.3 9
19.4 61 9.5
19.8 62.3 10
20.2 63.5 10.5
20.7 65 11
21.5 67.5 12
22.3 70.2 13

"About Our .25 Sizes"

You might’ve noticed we don’t list a 10 or 10.5 — but a 10.25 instead. Simple reason: it covers both comfortably. Rings naturally fit a little different depending on the day, the weather, or how you wear them. A 10.25 hits that sweet spot between too tight and too loose. Most people won’t feel the difference between a 10, 10.25, or 10.5...so we went with what works.

If you're in between sizes reach out and I'll help you figure out what works best!
